Assessment fees exclude remedial items, which are charged separately if needed. Earth thanksgiving (Xie Tu), deity installation and moving-in ceremonies are separate services with additional fees. Arrangements and prices must be confirmed in advance.

Tell us your location, home type, renovation stage and questions so we can confirm the service and available dates.

Confirm Your Appointment and Pay the RM500 Deposit
Once fees, location and appointment time are confirmed, pay the deposit using the method provided by our coordinator.
- 03On-site Service
On-site assessment and layout advice
Layout advice is based on the site conditions. The remaining balance is due on the day the assessment is completed.

Free WhatsApp Advice During Renovation
WhatsApp advice on the assessed home layout is available throughout the renovation until completion.

Arrange Date Selection and Moving-in or Deity Rituals as Needed
After renovation, enquire separately about date selection, earth thanksgiving before moving in (Xie Tu), moving-in ceremonies and deity consecration or installation. Each is arranged as needed and charged separately.

Before You Book
Can I Arrange a Feng Shui Assessment Before Renovating?
Yes. For a new home or an existing home renovation, arrange an assessment first, then incorporate the layout advice into your renovation plans.
What Does the Residential Assessment Fee Include?
It includes an on-site assessment, verbal explanations and free WhatsApp advice about the assessed home layout until renovation is complete. Long-distance travel, accommodation and remedial items are additional. Earth thanksgiving, deity installation and moving-in ceremonies are separately charged services.
Can Moving-in, Earth Thanksgiving and Deity Installation Be Arranged Together?
These are separate services. We can discuss whether to arrange them on the same day. Each is charged separately, and timing, details and fees must be confirmed in advance.
Do You Serve Locations Outside Kedah and Penang?
We serve Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand and other destinations. Contact us in advance to confirm overseas arrangements. Long-distance travel and accommodation are charged separately.
What If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
Contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling, cancellation and deposit arrangements follow the terms agreed when booking. Please clarify these before making payment.
